Hauser
North Spit dunes country — Horsfall beach, ATV staging, and some of the quietest shoreline left in Oregon.
Hauser barely registers on most maps — a scatter of homes between the dunes and the ocean on the North Spit, where Horsfall Beach runs for miles with more shorebirds than people. It's the least-developed stretch of the coast, and the people who buy here choose it for exactly that.
What you find: small beach cottages on sandy lanes, dune-view lots, and homes within walking distance of the ATV staging areas. It's the most affordable ocean-adjacent land on this part of the coast — trade-off being few services and a real wind-and-sand lifestyle.
